Accessing Partners Applications from a Mac (Go back)
The following is a list of commonly-used Partners applications that are accessible to Mac and non-Partners PC users at the Partners Portal.

Those with asterisks are accessible to Mac users via our Terminal Server and the MacGateWay "red apple" icon which is available on the Partners Portal for the Mac; request access to the Terminal Server & MacGateWay. When permission is granted a red apple icon titled "MacGateWayHome" will appear in your Applications window at the Partners Portal. Click on it and a list of links to web-based applications will appear. Click on the link and authenticate to the application. The other option is Terminal Server - instructions on how to access it are sent when you request access to the Terminal Server & MacGateWay.
If you need VPN (remote access), request it.
Here are some Partners applications that can be accessed directly from your Mac:
Document Direct - accessible via particular Mac browsers. To request access to DocumentDirect Online and for Training and FAQ's go HERE
Kronos - accessible with the Safari browser in OS 10.3x-10.5x .
PeopleSoft Financials/eBuy –
1. Browsers: Use Firefox 2 or 3 as Safari doesn't fully work with eBuy.
2. Disable any enabled "pop-up blocker" functionality.
3. If purchasing from Westnet, for the time being you will need to access eBuy from the MacGateWay.
If you do not have access to the MacGateWay, email us to request it.
4. If you are a Mac user and you'd like to take the online training for eBuy 8.9, send us an email requesting such.
