How do I configure my iPhone for Partners Email via Exchange (Go back)
These instructions are only for iPhones running software version 2.0+. This includes all 3G/3Gs iPhones and any iPhone that has been upgraded via iTunes.
If you are running 1.x on your iPhone, or want to use the IMAP protocol, please see the IMAP instructions.
Partners Email Setup Instructions
- Tap on the Settings icon
- Tap on the Mail, Contacts, Calendars
- Tap on Add Account...
- Tap on Microsoft Exchange
- Fill out the account information tab similar to the following and tap Next:
Email: Your Partners Address Username: Your Partners Username Password: Your Partners Password Do not add "partners\" in front of your Partners Username
- After a brief delay as your phone is attempting to negotiate a connection, you will be prompted to enter in the Server Address.
Type in: phsexchweb.partners.org and tap Next to see the following screen:
- After your account information has been verified, you will be shown the following screen. At the very least, you will want to sync your mail. You can optionally choose to sync your Outlook calendar and Exchange contacts.
Note: You can not sync both Contacts and Calendars from Exchange and iTunes!
If you enable Contact and/or Calendar sync on this screen, any existing entries on your phone will be deleted
- Tap Save and you will then be brought back to the main Main accounts window with the name of your account listed at the bottom.
- Tap on the Home Button and you're all set
